Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and rate how natural and clear the exchanges sound, from home on your own schedule.

You’ll compare AI-generated images and videos, explain what looked off in writing, and help improve how frontier AI systems reason and perform in the real world. Remote, flexible hours with weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in natural conversation.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live English conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs to spot issues like artifacts, glitches, or mismatches in audio.
• Provide written explanations detailing observations and rationale.
