Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing. This remote, on-your-schedule role helps shape how AI systems reason and improve.

Responsibilities include scoring naturalness, usefulness and realism, then documenting evidence-based explanations. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome, with weekly payments and flexible terms.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely for distortions, flicker, text or audio mismatches, and provide written explanations.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and explain decisions in English.
