Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, rate outputs for naturalness and realism, and explain in writing what looked off, all on a flexible remote schedule.

Tasks include comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts, plus describing the reasoning behind your judgments. This role supports ongoing AI evaluation and improvement projects with remote, asynchronous work options.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely, spotting issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or misalignment, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation in English describing what was observed.
