Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score outputs for naturalness and adherence to prompts, and explain issues in writing, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will help shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve. The role emphasizes careful inspection, clear explanations, and the ability to work asynchronously from anywhere with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and focus to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining your reasoning clearly.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot artifacts, mismatches, or errors.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English describing what was off.
