Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and score each exchange in live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare AI-generated images and videos, judge adherence to prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

As part of Outlier’s evaluation loop, your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn, contributing to frontier research and real-world performance.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
Inspect outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
Write a concise English explanation pointing to observed issues.
