Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with flexible hours. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded wrong in writing.

Analyze image and video pairs, rate outputs, and provide a precise justification in English. The role supports shaping AI systems by providing evaluations and feedback, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and ability to follow prompts.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models in English and ranking naturalness and clarity of responses.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely for distortions, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a concise English explanation of the evaluation comparing to the prompt.
