Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what sounded off, all remotely on your own schedule.

Work from home or while traveling with flexible hours and weekly payments. You also get free access to leading LLMs and contribute to improving AI reasoning and reliability.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Open to studying or having a degree in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text or audio mismatches.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English describing what was seen or heard.
