Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

You’ll rate outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, write clear explanations in English, and help improve AI systems. This role pays per hour and offers flexible hours, with weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and helpful each response sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming/replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Writing a concise, English explanation that points to observed issues and supports your ranking.
