Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s wrong, helping improve AI performance.

Paid weekly via ACH, PayPal or AirTM, rates up to $15/hr with additional incentives. This freelance, 1099 role supports work from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to think on your feet and explain decisions in natural, conversational English.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images/videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions or mismatches.
• Writing a concise explanation in English detailing what was observed.
