Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing to help improve AI systems.

Rates vary with expertise and project needs, with pay up to $15 per hour and weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM. This is a 1099 freelance opportunity allowing work from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain findings.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, not required.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment.
• Write concise explanations in English describing observed issues.
