Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing to help improve AI systems.

The role is remote with flexible hours, paying up to $15 per hour plus incentives. This freelance, 1099 contract opportunity offers weekly payments and access to leading language models for evaluation.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• High attention to detail and patience to review outputs carefully.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation citing what you saw or heard.
