Job summary

Outlier is hiring remote, flexible-hours reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what was off in writing. This freelance role pays up to $15 per hour and is 1099 contract work, with weekly payments via ACH/PayPal.

You can work from anywhere, including travel-friendly setups. Ideal candidates are fluent English speakers with strong attention to detail, capable of clear written explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to evaluate prompt adherence.
• Writing a concise English explanation of observations and decisions.
