Vic.ai is seeking a Technical Outcomes Manager to act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of customers. You will analyze data, guide operational improvements, and manage platform configurations, including AIPass integrations.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Implementations to ensure measurable business outcomes and maximize platform adoption. This role rewards curiosity, problem solving, and a consultative approach to helping customers succeed

Formación

• 3+ years in technical consulting or related client-facing role.
• Strong data literacy and ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience with SaaS products and enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Proven project management and multitasking abilities.
• Comfort with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical success for a portfolio of customers as primary technical contact.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate technical findings into business insights for varied audiences.
• Configure environments and manage integration changes within AIPass.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementations to drive outcomes.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop best practices and repeatable processes for customers.
• Stay updated on AI tech and apply it to customer scenarios.
• Advise on process improvements and platform adoption.
