Job summary

Vic.ai is seeking a Technical Outcomes Manager for a remote-first role (US East Coast only). You will be the technical advisor guiding customers through data-driven optimization, configurations, and integrations within AIPass.

You’ll work with Product, Engineering, and Implementations to maximize platform value and adoption. You’ll translate complex data findings into business insights for diverse audiences, become a platform expert, and shape best practices to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical consulting, solutions consulting, or similar roles.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings to business decisions.
• Experience with SaaS products and enterprise customers.
• Excellent business-friendly communication of technical concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own technical success and optimization for a portfolio of customers.
• Analyze data to uncover trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Translate findings to both technical and business audiences.
• Become a subject matter expert on Vic.ai platform and workflows.
• Configure environments and manage integration changes within AIPass.
• Collaborate with customers to improve processes and adoption.
• Troubleshoot issues with Product and Engineering as needed.
• Use AI tools and analytics to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Develop best practices, docs, and repeatable customer processes.
• Advocate for customer needs with Product and Implementations.
