Job summary

Cayenta, a division of Harris, seeks an AI Operations Specialist to lead transformation across Cayenta Support by blending business analysis, customer insights, and AI technologies.

The role emphasizes evaluating processes, gathering stakeholder input, and driving AI-enabled improvements to ticket resolution and customer satisfaction. Remote work is welcome in the US and Canada with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and investigative skills to identify problems and understand customer needs.
• Experience evaluating business processes and driving improvements from idea to implementation.
• Experience with or strong working knowledge of generative AI and AI-assisted tools.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new AI platforms quickly.
• Strong customer-service mindset focused on enhancing customer and employee experience.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Drive Support transformation and continuous improvement by evaluating current processes and identifying inefficiencies.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, Support teams, leadership, and stakeholders to translate needs into AI improvements.
• Examine ticket trends and metrics to reduce customer effort and proactively improve the support experience.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities to improve Support processes and accelerate resolution.
• Help design, configure, test, deploy, and improve AI tools used by Cayenta employees and customers.
