Inside Out Hiring seeks an AI Operations & Systems Architect to map the full customer journey from lead to funding, identify data leaks, and deploy grounded AI agents with human-in-the-loop approvals. The role sits remote with a PST-focused schedule and requires native English fluency for US hours.

Responsibilities include funnel visibility, scalable ops design, and building internal copilots using low-code tools, APIs, and AI environments to support 50+ deals per month in a real estate lending

Qualifications

• Proven RevOps and CRM architecture experience (Close, HubSpot, GoHighLevel).
• Experience wiring systems via APIs, webhooks, and automation engines (Make, n8n).
• Ability to design MVPs from founder problems, ship quickly, and drive internal adoption.

Responsibilities

• Map current workflows across sales, processing, and closing; audit CRM/LOS; fix data breakdowns to restart marketing.
• Redesign infrastructure to support 3x deal growth; prototype tools with low-code/no-code and APIs.
• Build a centralized knowledge base of lender guidelines, rate sheets, overlays, and checklists.
