Job summary

Benchmark Insurance Group & Rise Group is seeking an AI Workflow Architect to design and build intelligent automation across insurance and real estate operations. This is a remote-first, full-time contract role for the right candidate, with Texas-based ties welcome.

You will deploy end-to-end AI workflows, integrate CRM and policy systems, automate document processing and underwriting, and use OpenAI/LLMs, REST APIs, and workflow tools to scale operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building real-world automation systems
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flow, and system architecture
• Experience with AI/LLM integrations and automation tooling

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy end-to-end AI workflows across insurance and real estate operations
• Build automation across CRM, policy management, document processing, and underwriting
• Integrate tools using APIs (REST, webhooks, etc.)
• Build AI-assisted processes using OpenAI/LLMs, vector databases, and workflow tools
• Turn messy, manual processes into scalable systems
• Collaborate with leadership to identify high-ROI automation opportunities
