Job summary

Invoca is seeking an AI Operations Lead, a hands‑on builder who will own the internal AI operations roadmap and develop an agent‑driven platform. You will ship agents in Claude and Gumloop, ensure adoption, and iterate with business owners to maximize measurable impact across teams.

You’ll collaborate with executives to maintain the agent standard and provide templates, governance, and support for builder communities. Location is remote‑first within the United States with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in operations, process design, automation, or a similar hands‑on role.
• Tools, automations, or agents you’ve built that other people still use.
• Hands‑on experience with LLM platforms and agentic workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Build agents and own the AI Operations roadmap.
• Scope, build, and ship agents in Claude and Gumloop, from first conversation to daily use.
• Maintain agent rollout, adoption, and ongoing maintenance with cross‑functional partners.
• Report impact to executives and leaders (adoption, hours saved).
• Own Invoca’s agent standard and ensure practical utility across teams.
