Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking an AI Operations Specialist to help build AI-enabled workflows that replace manual processes and improve accuracy. You will collaborate with product, policy, and Legal teams to define “good enough to launch” criteria and ensure reliable AI-enabled operations.

In this remote role, you’ll develop and test AI workflows, calibrate AI judgments against human labels, and hand off successful processes to production teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in operations, program management, analytics, consulting or applied AI with measurable results.
• Experience with SQL and notebooks; able to work with numbers and model performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication with business leads, PMs, and engineers; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Help identify projects with the largest business impact and map current workflows.
• Design AI workflows: write prompts, set up pipelines, and monitor quality and drift.
• Create labeling guidelines and supervise human-verified labels on data; run labeling at scale.
