Job summary

Cayenta is seeking an AI Operations Specialist to drive transformation by combining business analysis, customer insight, and AI technologies across Cayenta Support. This remote role requires ~25% travel and eligibility to travel internationally, with a passport in hand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer support, business analysis, process improvement, technical support, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to identify problems and translate them into solutions.
• Experience evaluating business processes and driving improvements from idea to implementation.
• Experience with or strong working knowledge of generative AI and AI-assisted tools.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new AI platforms quickly.
• Customer-service oriented with a focus on improving customer and employee experience.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning, experimentation, documentation, and responsible use of AI.

Responsibilities

• Drive support transformation and continuous improvement by identifying pain points and inefficiencies.
• Gather feedback from customers and teams to translate needs into AI-enabled solutions.
• Analyze ticket trends and metrics to proactively improve support experience.
• Identify high-value opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Design, configure, test, deploy, and improve AI tools used by Cayenta employees and customers.
• Monitor AI performance, adoption, and impact; recommend improvements.
• Develop prompts, workflows, knowledge sources, and documentation for AI solutions.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across teams from discovery to measurement.
• Partner with Product and R&D to ensure new AI capabilities are ready for rollout.
• Create training materials and best practices for Support teams using AI.
• Champion responsible AI adoption across Customer Operations.
