Cayenta is seeking an AI Operations Specialist to drive transformation across Cayenta Support by blending business analysis, customer insights, and AI technologies. This remote role supports candidates in the US and Canada with about 25% travel, passport validity, and international travel readiness requirements.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in customer support, business analysis, process improvement, technical support, or related role.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to identify problems and translate needs into actionable AI improvements.
• Experience with generative AI and AI-assisted tools.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new AI platforms and technologies.
• Strong customer-service mindset focused on improving customer and employee experience.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across Support, Product, R&D, and other teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and project-management skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and responsible use of AI.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Support transformation by evaluating processes, identifying pain points, and recommending AI-driven improvements.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers and teams to translate needs into actionable AI changes.
• Examine ticket trends and metrics to reduce customer effort and proactively improve the support experience.
• Identify high-value opportunities to use AI, automation, and emerging tech to improve support processes and resolution quality.
• Help design, test, deploy, and improve AI tools used by Cayenta employees and customers.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation resource for AI tools and Cayenta AI capabilities.
• Monitor AI performance, adoption, and impact, recommending improvements based on data.
