CodePath is hiring a Senior Manager of AI Enablement to drive automation initiatives across the organization. This 100% remote role emphasizes embedding with teams, building AI workflows, and establishing quality standards.

You will partner with non-technical teams to translate pain points into actionable automations and build reusable assets. The role may grow to lead a small team, with compensation ranging from $110,000 to $150,000 per year, plus strong benefits and development support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automation/ops tooling or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with LLM APIs (e.g., Claude) and related tooling.
• Ability to embed with non-technical teams and translate pain points into working solutions.
• Clear written and verbal communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Embed and audit teams to map repetitive tasks and identify high-leverage automations.
• Build initial task-specific agents and automations using Claude, Claude Code, MCP integrations, and the existing stack.
• Productionize prototypes with quality gates, rubrics, and evaluation plans.
• Create reusable assets, templates, and plugins for continued self-service after engagements.
• Coach teams toward self-sufficiency and document outcomes for leadership review.
• Measure outcomes like time saved and quality gains, and rotate learnings to future engagements.
