Job summary

Ent is hiring a builder to drive AI transformation for our operations. You will embed with teams to learn workflows, then build agents, automations, and data tooling that scale across CRM, support, finance, and ops. Report to the Chief of Staff with CEO sponsorship, enabling cross-functional impact.

You will design end-to-end AI solutions, from prototype to production, while ensuring governance and security. This role blends consulting and engineering with fast shipping and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, prompts, and model APIs.
• Software engineering ability in Python and/or TypeScript; REST APIs.
• Fluency with CRM/support/tools integration and automation platforms.
• Ability to decompose processes and design measurable improvements.
• Strong consultative communication and fast prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Embed with business functions to map how work gets done and where AI adds leverage.
• Instrument, connect, and automate CRM, support, finance/ops tooling for reliability.
• Design and build scalable AI solutions end-to-end: agents, copilots, data tooling.
• Own projects from discovery to production to adoption and measurement.
• Integrate AI responsibly with data governance and security.
• Establish guardrails, observability, and maintainable automation standards.
• Provide documentation, onboarding, and training to drive adoption.
