Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience deploying systems into business workflows.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern AI technologies, including LLMs and evaluation methods.
• Ability to understand and improve non-technical roles.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with security and compliance in data handling.

Responsibilities

• Identify and optimize high-leverage workflows in collaboration with department leaders.
