For our client, we are seeking a Staff AI Operations Lead to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will shape how AI is adopted and operationalized across the organization, with a strong focus on identifying high-value workflows and turning them into scalable, measurable solutions. You will partner closely with department leaders to define success metrics, deploy systems into day-to-day business processes, and improve how teams work. The position also blends technical enablement, cross-functional execution, and change leadership to drive practical AI impact across non-technical functions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $310,000 - $360,000 annually
