Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience, including AI applications and automations
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering and production judgment
• Experience with reusable tool integrations and enterprise identity patterns
• Proficient in integrating APIs, data systems, and workflow actions
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, including orchestration and monitoring
• Demonstrated technical leadership through architecture decisions and mentoring
• Ability to prioritize and communicate technical and business tradeoffs

Responsibilities

• Build AI applications and automations to address business challenges
• Translate business problems into actionable AI workflows and technical plans
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand workflows and build trust
• Prototype solutions quickly and productionize priority workflows efficiently
