Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, AI enablement and Business process architecture to shape enterprise-wide AI enablement and HR workflow design in a remote US-based role.

You will translate strategy into future-state designs, establish governance for responsible AI, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value through automation and intelligent process design across HR domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, automation, or business architecture.
• Experience developing enterprise AI and automation strategies in large organizations.
• Hands-on leadership in generative AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation.
• Understanding of HR operating models and employee lifecycle journeys.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business architecture leader for HR workflows, translating strategy into executable designs.
• Create future-state blueprints defining process flows and experience patterns.
• Define and execute enterprise HR AI enablement and automation strategy.
• Own the design of employee-centric workflows across HR domains and systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI and automation initiatives.
• Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI use across HR processes.
• Define and track key performance indicators and value-realization measures.
