Fireflies.ai is seeking a data-driven growth marketer to own paid acquisition across Google Ads and Bing, with a focus on AI-powered creative production and scalable asset pipelines. You will shape multi-product campaigns, from awareness to conversion, including email and retargeting, and collaborate with designers and video editors to ship at volume.

You’ll own CAC, ROAS, and payback across a cross-platform stack, telling us what to do differently from the numbers you read.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years running paid acquisition where you personally shipped campaigns.
• Show us the work: campaigns you built, creative you made, numbers.
• Genuinely AI-native: replaced parts of your workflow with AI tooling and can explain how.
• Strong on Google Ads: structure, keyword strategy, bidding, scaling.
• You can make things: video cuts, statics, hooks for testable ideas.
• Comfortable with subscription/self-serve funnels in the US market.
