Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Portfolio Delivery Director - AI Native Engineering & Hyperfactory Transformation to lead a strategic portfolio within a large-scale transformation for a leading insurance provider. You will own end-to-end delivery across programs, projects, products, and services, ensuring SLA attainment, customer satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IS, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years in technology delivery, program mgmt, or digital transformation.
• 8+ years leading large-scale portfolios or enterprise engagements.
• Proven multi-million-dollar portfolio leadership experience.
• Experience with transitioning incumbents and knowledge transfer.
• Experience in SLA-driven managed services environments.
• Experience with globally distributed teams and modern software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of a strategic portfolio with multiple programs and services.
• Be the single point of accountability for portfolio performance and outcomes.
• Drive operational excellence, predictability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead transition from incumbent vendors with KT plans and minimal disruption.
• Establish governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Define AI-native transformation roadmap and AI Hyperfactory model.
• Drive AI adoption across software engineering, testing, and operations.
• Build reusable AI accelerators, playbooks, and best practices.
• Monitor health, risks, and mitigation; ensure SLA and KPIs are met.
• Lead executive escalations and client stakeholder communications.
