EPAM Systems in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Director Delivery Management to own end-to-end delivery for a major energy-sector account. This senior client-facing role combines hands-on program governance with strategic advisory, guiding an AI-native transformation and maintaining commercial health of the engagement.

The role requires leading from the front, anticipating issues, and bringing a clear point of view into client conversations.

Qualifications

• Delivery leadership with 10+ years managing large, complex software programs (5M+ ACV or 50+ FTE).
• Hands-on AI SDLC adoption experience across engineering orgs.
• Experience in regulated environments (energy/utilities/financial services).
• Proven track record building and maintaining C-suite/VP relationships.
• Account P&L ownership, SOW governance, and commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery health, anticipate risks, track dependencies and signals.
• Establish delivery rhythms, escalation paths, and decision frameworks.
• Challenge scope/priorities and drive early course corrections.
• Identify opportunities to expand delivery impact across the account.
• Act as senior advisor on AI adoption and translate strategy into roadmap.
• Lead AI SDLC design, tooling integration, and governance in regulated contexts.
• Guide client toward agent-driven delivery at scale with measurable outcomes.
• Own platform engineering conversations: infra, tooling, operating model.
• Ensure AI enablement work meets regulatory, audit, and traceability requirements.
• Provide leadership through quarterly business reviews and executive briefings.
