Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Delivery Director to lead a strategic AI-native engineering transformation for a major insurer.

You will own end-to-end portfolio outcomes, manage multi-program execution, and drive AI-enabled delivery across engineering, testing, and operations. Responsibilities include transitioning from incumbents, stabilizing delivery, and building an AI Hyperfactory operating model to boost productivity, quality, and speed while maintaining governance and client

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology delivery or transformation leadership.
• 8+ years leading large-scale portfolios, programs, or enterprise client engagements.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale AI Native Engineering transformations and AI Hyperfactory initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of a strategic portfolio across multiple programs, projects, products, and managed services.
• Lead transitions from incumbent vendors and knowledge transfer with minimal disruption.
• Establish and operationalize an AI Hyperfactory delivery model and AI-native transformation roadmap.
• Drive adoption of AI across software engineering, testing, operations, and governance.
• Build reusable AI accelerators, playbooks, and scalable best practices across the portfolio.
