Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Portfolio Delivery Director - AI Native Engineering & Hyperfactory Transformation to drive a strategic portfolio for a leading insurer. You will own end-to-end delivery across programs, projects, products, and managed services, establishing an AI-native delivery organization from Day One.

You will lead transitions from incumbents, implement the Hyperfactory operating model, and ensure SLA achievement, customer outcomes, and business value with global delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years in technology delivery, program management, managed services, or digital transformation leadership.
• 8+ years leading large-scale portfolios or enterprise engagements.
• Proven experience with multi-million-dollar portfolios and P&L responsibility.
• Track record of complex transitions from incumbents, knowledge transfer, and operational transformation.
• Experience in outcome-based or SLA-driven managed services settings.
• Global teams across onshore, nearshore, offshore delivery models.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and governance capabilities.
• Proven enterprise-scale AI Native Engineering transformations and AI Hyperfactory experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of a strategic portfolio across programs, projects, and services.
• Establish AI-native delivery model and roadmap for the portfolio.
• Drive adoption of AI across software engineering, testing, and operations.
• Lead transitions from incumbents with KT, stabilization, and governance.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, risks, issues, and executive reporting.
• Build scalable AI accelerators, playbooks, and best practices.
• Lead global delivery teams and manage financial performance.
