Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Model Risk Advisor – Remote to strengthen AI governance across the enterprise. You will promote policies, establish model inventories with risk ratings, and collaborate with risk, audit, and analytics teams to close governance gaps while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 4+ years in model risk management or AI governance, with a solid foundation in data management and auditing principles.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI/model governance, model risk management, or audit.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and auditing principles.
• Ability to author and communicate technical and business information on AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Promote and adopt AI governance policies, standards, and responsible AI practices.
• Maintain inventory of models with ownership, risk ratings, and metadata.
• Assess risk based on complexity, regulation, impact, and usage; identify emerging risks.
• Develop reporting and executive insights on AI governance and model risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams, auditors, and external partners to maintain governance docs.
