Job summary

The role focuses on streamlining governance processes, identifying compliance gaps, and collaborating with teams to improve governance across the organization.

The position involves audits, risk assessments, and developing executive-level insights on governance, model risk, and control effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, data science or a related field.
• Four years of experience in AI Model governance, Model Risk Management, or Audit, information management can substitute for degree.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and/or auditing principles.
• Ability to communicate technical and business information clearly in various formats.

Responsibilities

• Promote effective governance practices for AI and model risk.
• Maintain and adopt AI policies and standards framework.
• Monitor model performance, governance controls, and KRIs with established policies.
• Support model validation and testing activities and communicate recommendations.
