Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Data Scientist to join our team and lead the next generation of AI/ML technologies. You will shape the technical vision, collaborate with scientists and engineers, and drive hands-on innovation in AI safety, red-teaming, and deployed AI solutions.

You will mentor data scientists, lead cross-functional initiatives, and work with senior leadership to align strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of applied machine learning / research experience with production-grade models.
• Deep expertise in LLM training or post-training / deployment at scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop clever, innovative, and efficient solutions to problems in AI safety and cyber detection.
• Co-develop end-to-end research workflows: data sourcing, labeling, modeling, evaluation, and engineering collaboration.
• Interoperate with product and engineering teams to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Lead innovation in LLM-related research and deployment strategies.
• Mentor Data Scientists and guide technical direction for the team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align tech strategy with business goals.
