You will work with scientists, software engineers, and product managers to provide technical leadership and hands-on innovation in AI capabilities. The role focuses on shaping technical vision, collaborating across teams, and leading groundbreaking GenAI initiatives that advance AI safety and live cyber-relevant problem sets.

Qualifications

• PhD or Masters in CS, DS, or related field.
• 5+ years of applied ML/research experience.
• LLM training/deployment at scale mastery.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI safety and cyber-detection solutions with teammates.
• Lead end-to-end R&D: data sourcing, labeling, modeling, evaluation, and engineering collaboration.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure right-fit solutions.
• Drive innovation in LLM research and deployment strategies.
• Balance accuracy, efficiency, and cost in production models.
• Guide GenAI agents/LLMs with strategic technical direction.
