Job summary

EY seeks an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI memory architectures and data fabric for enterprise use cases. The role covers memory architectures for multi-agent systems, context design with RAG and semantic chunking, and scalable integration across systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AI software engineering, experience with frontier models, and proficiency with AI-native toolchains.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Experience with AI native development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and software languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understand AI Native design process and principles.
• Deep understanding of model fine tuning and customization through context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with modern IDEs, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native designed systems.
• Design of context systems including RAG and Skills with semantic chunking and search.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance against agent and human evaluations.
• Design replicable integration frameworks for memory architecture across systems.
• Drive agent design requirements and implement through AI Native design process.
• Assess emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals through research.
• Collaborate with architectural experts in AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure for balanced outcomes.
• Support strategic business development activities for emerging tech.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring other Knowledge / Data team members.
