Job summary

EY seeks an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise AI. You will lead context systems with RAG, implement scalable integration frameworks, and mentor the Knowledge/Data team.

Expect collaboration with security, data, and infra experts in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes hands-on coding, model fine-tuning context management, and evaluating emerging memory architectures.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in relevant field.
• 5+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiar with AI native tools and code assistants.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and Go/Rust/Java.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI native designed systems.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic search.
• Implement and test architectures, benchmarking against evals.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Define agent design requirements and drive AI-native design processes.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier models.
