Job summary

EY seeks an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise AI use cases. You will lead context systems, RAG-enabled skills, and scalable memory patterns across distributed AI-native platforms.

The role requires deep expertise in pre/post training, model synthesis, and optimization for distributed inference, with mentoring responsibilities and collaboration across security, data, and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Use of AI native software development tools / code assist.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understand AI Native design process and principles.
• Deep understanding of model fine tuning and customization (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with IDEs, CI/CD pipelines and collaboration tools (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native designed systems.
• Design of context systems including RAG and Skills with semantic chunking and search.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance against agent and human evaluations.
• Design replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures across multiple systems.
• Drive agent design requirements and implement through AI Native design process.
• Assess emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals through research.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams for balanced outcomes.
• Support strategic business development activities for emerging technology.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team members.
