Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing.

Your work helps improve AI systems by providing precise feedback and evidence-based evaluations. Responsibilities include scoring responses, ranking generated media, and delivering clear explanations to guide model improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred to participate in assessments.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judge adherence to prompts, and select the better result.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot issues like artifacts, misalignment, or audio/video mismatch.
• Write a concise, English explanation highlighting what you saw or heard that indicated problems.
