Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Contributors review images and videos, rate prompts adherence, and provide concise explanations. Outlier emphasizes impact on AI evaluation and continuous improvement through feedback loops.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear writing and conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail; patient and able to replay or zoom in.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making a clear decision when both options have flaws.
• Eligible to apply from Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom or United States.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying to spot artifacts.
• Write a specific English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
