Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing.

Your work helps improve AI systems and informs how frontier research translates into real-world performance. Responsibilities include ranking naturalness and usefulness, examining artifacts, and producing concise explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and useful each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise explanation in English.
