Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, remote schedule. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs for naturalness and accuracy, and write concise explanations of issues found in text form.

Responsibilities include evaluating image and video pairs, identifying errors such as distorted features or misaligned audio, and rating outputs across multiple dimensions.

Formación

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to think on your feet and explain realistic scenarios conversationally.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilidades

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely—zooming in and replaying—to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a specific English explanation.
