Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will role-play live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will compare AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence, inspect outputs for artifacts, and describe why one result is better. Flexible hours; pay is hourly with weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs for artifacts and inconsistencies, then explaining findings in writing.
• Rating each output on adherence, quality and realism with written justification.
