Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what’s off in writing.

The work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve in real-world settings. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong attention to detail and the ability to clearly articulate explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions in natural language.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge alignment with prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted motion, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write clear, evidence-based explanations in English describing what was seen or heard.
