Job summary

Outlier is looking for detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

The work helps improve how advanced AI systems reason and respond. You’ll be paid per hour on a freelance basis, with weekly payments and access to top LLMs. This is remote work with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and careful review.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in conversation.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Writing explanations in English that point to what you saw or heard.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism.
