Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and determine which outputs follow prompts best, all remotely and on your schedule.

In this freelance role, you’ll explain what looked or sounded off in writing while contributing to a feedback loop that helps improve AI systems for real-world use. This is remote and flexible work.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze AI outputs.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI models.
• Ranking naturalness and usefulness of outputs.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos.
• Inspecting outputs to spot distortions, flickering, or audio mismatches.
• Providing written explanations in English detailing findings.
