Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and describe realistic situations clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, spotting problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a specific explanation in English.
