Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off. Your insights help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn across remote, flexible projects.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural everyday speech.
Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
Able to think on your feet and explain realistic situations clearly.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or mismatched audio.
Rating outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing a detailed English explanation.
