Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

Earn up to $15 USD/hr with additional incentives and weekly payments. You’ll assess compliance with prompts, rate outputs across adherence and realism, and provide concise, evidence-based explanations to help improve models.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication in everyday conversations.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models in English and assess naturalness and clarity.
• Rank AI-generated images and videos based on how well they follow a prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts, mismatches, or motion issues.
• Provide written explanations pointing to what you observed and why it matters.
